CIRCLE IMPLEMENTATION

Bexs will join Mission Council June X to do a live demo of our Circle setup. This was rescheduled due to the Mission Council May meeting needing full time for the consultant.
Between 50–70% of parishes will be onboarded by Convention, with about 60% expected on the current schedule.

⚠️ NOTICE: Schedule Update -Timeline Adjustment Due to Data & Access Delays

As part of our ongoing implementation work, we’ve encountered delays related to data exports and full-access availability of the data that is in realm Realm. These dependencies are critical to ensuring a complete and accurate migration into Circle. Because of this, the project timeline has experienced an approximately 3-week delay.

What This Means

The overall schedule has been rebaselined to reflect this shift. The schedule is updated on this page.
All downstream phases have been adjusted accordingly to maintain quality and continuity.
No changes to main timeframes (convention). Bexs will work to mitigate timeslip in other ways.

Why This Matters

Rather than proceeding with incomplete or inconsistent data, we are prioritizing:

Data integrity (clean, usable, trustworthy records).
System reliability at launch.
Reduced rework post-import of data.

Current Status

Partial data export from Realm received. Mike is made aware and is receiving Bexs remaining data through manual run reports.
Updated milestones are now reflected across the implementation dashboard.
The team remains aligned on delivery with the revised schedule.
