Where to Send Checks?

  • We now have two mailing addresses for diocesan payments. This is to ensure that the checks get to the right home and so we can send out acknowledgements of receipt appropriately. Please use the appropriate address based on the type of payment to ensure proper processing:

  • Mail to:

    EPISCOPAL DIOCESE OF WISCONSIN, INC.

    P.O. Box 736553

    Chicago, IL 60673-6553

    This address is for:

    • Assessment checks

    • Payments for items or events that were invoiced (e.g., convention fees, trainings, etc.)

Important: Please include the invoice or assessment reference number on your check for accurate processing if applicable.

  • Mail to:
    EPISCOPAL DIOCESE OF WISCONSIN, INC.

    P.O. Box 137

    Oshkosh, WI 54903

    This address is for:

    • Donations (e.g., Haiti Fund, special offerings, designated gifts)

    • Any payments not specifically invoiced or related to assessments

    Why This Matters:
Sending special checks (e.g., designated gifts or donations) to the Oshkosh office ensures we can:

    • Provide timely acknowledgment and thank-you letters

    • Properly allocate your gift to its intended purpose

  • If you have questions about where to send your payment, please contact our Diocesean Administrator (Mike@diowis.org) for instruction.

Thank you for helping us manage diocesan finances effectively!
