PT Administrative Assistant | St. James, West Bend
St. James Episcopal Church in West Bend is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the parish office. Responsibilities include managing incoming phone messages and postal mail, maintaining the parish email system and sending special communications, preparing, printing, and folding weekly service bulletins, producing the weekly parish eNews, creating quarterly lay ministry schedules, updating and maintaining the church website, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, able to work independently, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position requires 5 to 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Salary is commensurate with experience.
