St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in De Pere, Wisconsin, seeks a collaborative, engaging, and pastoral priest to lead one of the largest and most vital parishes in the northern half of the Diocese of Wisconsin into its next season of growth. Founded in 1849 and now worshiping on a spacious, well-maintained campus near the Fox River, St. Anne’s is a debt-free parish with approximately 300 members, an average weekly attendance of 150 across in-person and online services, and a strong financial foundation supported by a $630,000 endowment. This is a full-time rector position serving a congregation with deep roots, a hopeful outlook, and significant capacity for impact.
St. Anne’s is known for its welcoming, open-hearted culture and broad range of worship, formation, and outreach opportunities. Parish life includes multiple Sunday services, a weekday Healing Eucharist, contemplative prayer, Taizé worship, and daily Morning Prayer online.
