Administrative Assistant | St. James Episcopal Church, Manitowoc, WI
St. James Episcopal Church in downtown Manitowoc is seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to support the pastor, vestry, and treasurer in the day-to-day operations of our welcoming congregation. This part-time position (10–15 hours/week) is perfect for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work that keeps a church running smoothly—from preparing bulletins and managing emails to organizing records and supporting communications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with basic office technology, familiar with Google Docs and Microsoft Office, and willing to learn the rhythms of Episcopal worship and the Book of Common Prayer. We’re looking for someone who can balance confidentiality and professionalism with a warm, helpful presence for all who come through our doors.
