108 Pounds of Compassion
📍 St. Mark’s Waupaca
St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Waupaca continues to shine with generosity! This week alone, parishioners contributed 108 pounds of food to support local families. Their compassion and dedication remind us how much stronger we are when we come together to serve our neighbors in need.
Parish Picnic at White River County Park

📍 Church of the Holy Communion, Lake Geneva
On Sunday, September 7th, forty-seven members and friends gathered at White River County Park for a joyful day of fellowship and worship. The air was filled with the smell of brats on the grill, alongside a generous spread of sides and desserts brought to share.
We gave thanks for the beauty of God’s creation in this setting, with laughter, conversation, and the blessing of community woven throughout the day. Worship under the open sky reminded us of the Spirit moving in and through our lives.
It was a beautiful day of connection, gratitude, and joy, and we’re thankful to everyone who came and helped make it such a success!
On Fire for Fall
📍 Beloved Community in Stevens Point
What a joyful way to step into the fall season! Our community gathered with hearts full—singing, dancing, sharing food, and enjoying games and laughter together. The evening reminded us that the love of God burns brightly in each of us, and that when we come together, that light grows even stronger.
As we give thanks for all who helped make this event possible, we’re also mindful of the blessings still ahead. In just a few weeks, at diocesan convention, we’ll be in close proximity to Beloved Community in Stevens Point—a congregation that embodies partnership, resilience, and joy in such a beautiful way. Their witness reminds us of the Church we are becoming: one knit together in love, creativity, and hope for the future.
Your spark truly keeps the fire of love glowing—and we can’t wait to carry that warmth into convention and beyond.
